Please remember that for many mappers English is only the second or third language they learned. Or they didn't learn it at all, so it doesn't matter whether you call it a wibble or a rubbish bin. They don't know what you are talking about. They have to use a lookup table anyhow (if the tag is not supported or not translated in the editor.)
