AFAIK osm2pgsql does not support including relation membership info in
the rendering database.
The US developmental version at
http://tile.openstreetmap.us/osmus_shields/preview.html#14/39.9272/-86.1812
gets its information from relations - the only way to properly show such
roads carrying multiplexed routes.
