Once again, such a specialists' controverted discussion makes one thing certain: those fuzzy road signals must certainly never be used for routing (restrictions). oneway=yes is much more obvious and foolproof. And it allows software to represent corresponding signals without any need to tag them if someone likes to turn that option on (with the risk of having two instead of one).
