yes, supermarkets and department stores are the most likely candidates for very 
few actual differences between a shop and the building it is in. Still there 
are even in these cases events that make it clear that the building is a 
different entity/object than the business inside it, e.g. when the business or 
the building get sold or restructured. Some of the tags that do not apply to 
both may be operator, start_date, architect, height, colour, phone, website, 
ref:vatin etc.
