+1, in Italy you can find lots of them (in the city there are much more of these than "roofed" ones). Also don't seem to have oil traps in many occasions (not completely sure on this), often they are simply 2 petrol pumps at the roadside, with a very small cabin for the service staff which is mostly absent (you pay in advance at an automated system).
