the problem with nodes is, that they are easily overssen. It would be nice to have the possibility to show a warning when moving an opject with high accuracy. The best examples are GPS reference points like this: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2977364293 Since they have fixed coordinates it would be nice to mark them as such.
