Until 2 years ago you couldn't even choose someone, you had to take the one and only official company with the license for your area. (But they had to charge you the official price, no price flexibility possibile obviously).
If they're a German-specific thing then why not use the German word rather than co-opt an English one that doesn't actually match the primary function that these people perform?
