isn't this sort of a brand name rather than a generic type? I'd suggest something like employment_agency. FWIW, the British brand is "Jobcentre_Plus" and the German term is currently "Jobcenter" (AE spelling). I wouldn't mix up government agencies and private recruiters / companies, because the former (at least in Germany) also serve to concede social assistance. cheers, Martin
