Hi, There is a landuse=farmland next to a river and a dam between them. Occasionally (probably 5-10 years) when the level of the river is extremely high, professionals open the dam and water floods the entire farmland, instead of the threatened settlements. This area is officially designated for this purpose, but it is allowed to use as farmland normally. I can't find any tags for mark this secondary function. What should I use for this?
