Doesn't Amtrak and New York MTA have a couple stations where subways and Acela bullet trains share tracks and stations?
Acela goes into Penn Station, the only stop in NYC and while there are stairs/escalators to get
to the subway, that's about it.

the MTA uses Grand Central, which Amtrak got out of years ago after the tunnel to Penn
from the Hudson River line was finally constructed.

The Hudson River Line is shared as far north as Poughkeepsie, with Amtrak using fewer stations than the MTA. the Amtrak trains are not Acela units, but more conventional
diesels.
