IMHO once again this strays outside the useful scope of a map. Wikipedia, especially through dbpedia, is a much better place for storing facts about the world. OSM should simply store the geographic information and key facts which are relevant to producing a map. We should also provide identifiers where they exist (even a Wikipedia URL is better than nothing) to assist with mash-ups. Let's not attempt to store every known fact about the world in the OSM database.
