I just created a relation for the Green Mountain Scenic Byway (which is marked with signs like http://www.floridascenichighways.com/program/wp-content/themes/fshp/images/sidePanther.jpg): http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/1239925 Other than network=Florida Scenic Highways, is there anything else that should be added, perhaps scenic=yes or tourism=scenic_route?
