I have one quite related. In Spain ATMs are operated by one bank, but they are
also in one network.

Think that CajaCanarias and Caja Galicia, for example, as two different banks.
Their ATMs are different, use different programs, etc. Think now on BanCaja. It
is another bank with its own ATMs. Now, if I own a CajaCanarias credit card, I
can operate on CajaCanarias' ATMs without restriction at all, can operate on
Caja Galicia's ATMs with some restrictions, since it is not my bank, but
without paying fees, because both CajaCanarias' and Caja Galicia's ATMs are on
network "Red Euro 6000". On BanCaja's ATMs, on the other hand, I have to pay
for getting money, since they are on the network "Servired".

How to tag those? operator is the bank or the network?

Thanks
