no, you did clearly the opposite, and didn't announce this before,
which I think is not the right approach, given that this topic seems
highly controversal.

that's quite absurd and can IMHO not be tolerated: we couldn't come to
a solution on the German ML, then this topic was put to tagging-ML,
nobody agreed with you, voting was suggested, then you used a bot to
make pointless edits, and now you say: "keep complaining, but I'm
removing myself"?
