How would one tag a turn restriction (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Turn_restrictions) which is active say 6-9AM and 3-6PM every day? hour_on/hour_off seem to only be  sufficient for one time interval.

Currently, I use:

hour_on=06:00;15:00
hour_off=09:00;18:00

as I generally do with other keys that occur in pairs, for which I need to enter multiple pairs of data (e.g. bus stops that handle multiple routes).

I support using the syntax currently defined in the wiki for opening_hours instead of this, and that, since it is tagged on the restriction relation, it refer to the times during which the restriction applies. Therefore a key including the word "access" would be wrong. I'd prefer a key of just "hours".

I also support adding the key which would allow listing the types of vehicles to which the restriction applies (having a meaning opposite to that documented for except=*). I have documented examples where I need this for restrictions that apply only to trucks, to avoid having to list every other possible vehicle type.
