I believe openSUSE does, and let’s hope [1] that this craziness will stop and Fedora will support regular Flathub. Yes, I understand that this would be problem on Debian and related distros, because of Snap. I still believe that adding a simple instructions for different distros would outweigh the need to maintain same packages multiple times.
