If osis2mod encounters a set of osisID that do not exist in any of the SWORD
versifications - it appears to go into an endless loop attempting to link each
one to Rev.22.21
Wouldn’t it be preferable for it to fail with an error message? eg
INVALID osisID - cannot continue!
