I also need the Windows utilities. We are a team of three people doing module development. We all have Windows workstations.

We do have a Linux machine that hosts our svn, but it would be a distinct disadvantage if I have to work out a way to execute the module builds on the Linux box, particularly since I am not even on the same lan, so would have to do it across the internet. It's hard enough getting everything to run just on a single workstation. The extra complexity of such a hybrid setup is highly undesirable.

On the other hand I would be open to doing a Windows build of the utilities, but I am not at all clear how to do that. Can anybody give me a tutorial?

Since we are developing French modules, I am needing to get the French v11n upgrades, and this is slowing down our progress.
