Couldn't the specialized utilities intended for developers rather than
end-users be provided separately? E.g., in the page you mentioned in
other thread

there is a reference to

Isn't that what should be developer supposed to download instead of
pushing everything into Xiphos, which IMHO is supposed to be just for
normal people (who are so unlike to us :))?
