Although there's been no announcement, BibleTime download directory now shows
an OSX folder with a 2.90 version in it. (as of today If I'm reading the
directory info right).

It seems to run faster than BT windows (but then my mac is a quad core w 8g
memory, vs a dual core with 2g memory, or a single core 1g virtual
environment.) And it fixes section headings displaying as ASCII instead of UTF8
:-) among other issues.
Nice work! I can keep multicollumns and the "Mag" on my mac! :-)
