There were three orthographical reforms in Brazil since 1.917, the
original text is quite different. If someone was doing such a good job
on the Net, it would hardly be at Wikisource — PGDG would be the most
probable place, but even the Revista e Corrigida proofreading work there
has few contributors.

Did already, waiting for an answer.
But it seems to be copied from a very, very strange website, for
which I found no contact yet.
