PorTB has been removed. If we know a text to be infringing, even if from
a source that claims it is public domain, we need to respect the rights
of the actual copyright holder.
FWIW, the same text is also available from
http://www.bibliaonline.com.br/tb/mt/1
I don't know whether this site has permission to post its text or not.

Observation:
The conf file states it is derived from the partial Wikisource edition.

Wikisource stuff is published under the Creative Commons
Attribution/Share-Alike License.
If there is a breach, then it would be that of Wikimedia to resolve.
While making this reply, I also noticed that a lot more of the Old Testament
is now available.
Genesis through Ezekiel.

I was very happy to see PorTB available — but ſad it ſeems to be in
violation of Socidade BÃblica Brasileira’s copy rights, as it is the
recent version, with orthography updated.
Please, please tell me either someone duly obtained permission
from SBB, or revised the orthography of the original TB independently
from SBB.
