This is another issue altogether, but it would be good to have
"ConfigFileVersion" line in the config file. It could have the same
number than the module plus .n number (or just versions 0 (initial), 1,
2...) to indicate if the module hasn't changed but the config file has.
Then the library could install only the latest config file without
downloading the module.
