I think the issue is that, at least in our implementation, everything in the list is added as a usable repo. I'd have to look to see if that's because of how SWORD is set up, or whether it's just our use of it. Regardless, I'm quite sure that in our released version of Xiphos, the user won't have any choice in which repos are added, and it will add the experimental repo. My understanding was that this is a necessary side effect of how the masterList is used in SWORD itself, but I could be wrong there.
