Manfred you are arguing from the clean world of Macs and Linux.
Windows users - particularly from Third World countries have often
totally messed up locales which benefit from potentially different
approaches.
Right. I didn't think of this.
So preferably we have a preference setting for the SWORD locale in the
frontends?
