I think you could open a bug against SWORD at www.crosswire.org/bugs. It used to be an alternate domain name for crosswire.org. It was crosswire.cx and that was used for accessing beta. You can google crosswire.cx for a couple of messages on sword-devel. Alas, that location no longer exists. I know of some other names that work, but I think they are inappropriate as they appear to be a means of hosting other projects on the crosswire server.
