I can't answer on the Help About question, however, if you are ever interested in changing the information in the Help Contents the text is in HTML files that have been compiled into the .chm file. You can use the HTML Help Workshop (free from MS) to decompile the .chm file. Then you can edit the HTML pages or add new ones and recompile it.
