Isn't mkfastmod for a different search index? Or has it been extended to do Lucene indexing now also?

Hi,
I tested building an index using mkfastmod under Linux and got this:

$ time mkfastmod GerLut
Building framework, please wait...
real    0m44.545s
user    0m34.356s
sys     0m6.866s

This is using CLucene 0.8.13 without utf8 support enabled. I guess equal times should be possible with Windows.

Hey guys. Well, it's been over a year, but we finally have a Windows
beta ready to start testing. This isn't a final beta. I hope to clean
off much of the todo list, but it's a start:

built against 1.5.8pre SVN libs
new option to start verses on new line.
CLucene integration into searching (indecies take a long time to build)
  lucene query syntax at:
