It is not in http://crosswire.org/ftpmirror/pub/sword/utils/win32/

(I guess it's not available under windoze?)

Try osis2mod, it works pretty well. Imo OSIS is better as it is a
standardized 
format. Also, it allows you to have markup in the text.
