Dan,

The shutdown option is very useful while programming. Also if you would
install new modules, the application really needs to shut down and start
again. I agree that, for normal usage, it is no problem to have the
program in memory like other pocketPC applications. (especially now that
there are three error messages to click away).

Just for your information, I have never had a problem with my IPAQ
having Windows CE stay in memory. I downloaded the most recent build,
and saw the "Shut Down" option.  Thought I would pass this along.
