I also checked NKJV for Rev 1:9. It translates "I, John, both your brother and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom..." There is no relative "who" there. Maybe the translators of the original KJV just had different view about this kind of syntax. Even if they made a mistake, we should find out what they thought and tag the words accordingly.
