Indeed, from around 3am today the routing seems to be fixed and 1.1.1.1
goes to SwissIX again (with ~2ms). Probably hiccup after the recent
Cloudflare outage.

residential network? What's interesting, from Swisscom SME I don't see
that issue (both connections are in Zurich)... It started on 18th of July
around 00h30 (CEST).
