Thanks very much for that list. I've checked all of these ports with the
new IR binary and library changes, and they all build successfully. So,
I propose that we keep the new use of .bc and .ll within
bsd.{lib,prog}.mk, as those changes only affect consumers that
explicitly include these makefiles (vs the sys.mk changes that affect
everybody).
