Since this driver is powerpc-only (the chip is not powerpc-specific - but this 
driver depends on OFW?) shouldn't it live somewhere under sys/powerpc/ instead 
of the generic sys/dev/iicbus/?

Or perhaps be rewritten to a more generic form?
