Yes, and the ZM-1 could probably benefit from a smidge of EQ (any suggestions?). To be honest if I wasn't juxtaposing the microphones I'd be happy with either. With the ZM-1 the difference between the spatial resolution of a 1st order and 3rd order mic had, up until that moment, only been theoretical.
The only other major difference between them is work flow. If you have a field recorder the NT-SF1 probably makes more sense, if you're laptop based the ZM-1.
