Not really. The basic DSP code is a C++ library which can be used
separately. Like all the other prcessing modules we use, this is
then wrapped as a Jack client and as a Python class. This can be
used from Python scripts, controlled by OSC or coupled to a GUI
written in PyQt. I've used it on Linux and Windows, OSX would work
as well but I haven't needed it so far.
