Some fine command line tools there, should be easy with them but Max would be ok if if you're allergic to the command line, tho' I would use Plogue Bidule as it's more straightforward for that sort of task. Alternatively, Audacity will split to separate channels (works up to at least 32 channels - just checked) but you might not wish to use that for mixer.
