Hi there,

after having joined this list I'll briefly introduce myself.

I'm a freelance sound recordist, specialized in live recordings of acoustical,
mainly non-amplified music in stereo and surround. Lots of "classical music",
less avant garde, some jazz. I was intrigued by Ambisonics a while ago and just
had the chance to use B-format in the recording (together with Jörn
Nettingsmeyer) and mix of Oliver Korte's Epiphanie, an orchestral work for 24
instrumentalists performing in a circle around the audience / microphones. This
worked great and I am now exploring how to use my XYtri in that environment.
