As with previous releases, updates are still not working. With this
release out the door, I'm splitting up myself between getting the
updates working and getting the new infrastructure building.

It's probably just me, but, while in my Win7 WOW SeaMonkey, when I click
to download the English-British Windows version (or Eng-US version), I
get a little window asking if I want to Save or Cancel and, when I click
on "Save", nothing happens ... well, I don't get asked where I want to
save the file and the Download Manager doesn't open to indicate a
download is occurring. Even if I manually open the Download Manager
(Tools->Download Manager), there is no action showing in the Download
Manager.
Is it just me, or is there a problem with the Download Manager??
When I look at my Win7 Internet Connection thingie, I can see that there
is actually action occurring!!
