You aren't on the same page as the rest of us. He clearly said he is
talking about the icons in the message pane next to the subject. Check
my previous posts in this thread for links to screen captures.
Right. I think he is talking about the icon in the Column headings of
the Thread Pane.
That's the column that has an icon in the
header, under which there are only icons.
The Message Pane is below the Thread Pane in the Classic View layout.
