Do people not know what words mean?? I don't have pictures/Icons
across the
top of my SeaMonkey screens, I have words ""File Edit View .....", etc.
Check out Edit->Preferences->Appearance and, in the section called "Show
toolbars as:" select "Text Only"
Am I the only one that sees this??
I think you are the only one who is not seeing the icons in the folder
and thread panes. The conversation is not about the toolbar.
What icons in the folder and thread panes??
Are you talking about the little tri-angular thingies which indicate if a
NG/Thread is closed or open or the rectangular thingies that indicate a
NG/message??
Do people need explainations of what these thingies mean??
No, not the triangles. Each newsgroup in the folder pane has an icon next
to the name which shows the state of the group. I see it change from a pair
of text balloons to a pair of text balloons with a green arrow when there is
a new post to the group. Or I should say I *almost* see it. It is very
small and it is pushing the limit of what I can see without a magnifying
glass. The message threads and individual messages in the message pane have
similar icons which change with their status.
