The problem is caused by the advertisement at the right, which is
erroneously coded for the Web page by not allowing for different window
sizes and font sizes.  The problem is less apparent if you reduce the
font size.  I know how to do that on a PC but not on a Mac.

Also note that the Web page has 132 XHTML errors with 114 warnings.  Its
CSS (used for formatting) also has 92 errors.  To what extent should a
browser render a Web page correctly when the page is incorrectly coded?
 Yes, other browsers might handle this Web page okay (perhaps with
smaller fonts); but SeaMonkey might render other faulty Web pages okay
when IE or Chrome cannot.  In general, garbage in means garbage out.
