FireFox, Chrome, Opera, OmniWeb, iCab doesn't show the same problem.
Oh and I have Checked the css files and change them from css to old to
make sure they are not causing the problem.
Many site are showing this problem.

I can duplicate your screen image in SeaMonkey 2.19 if I set Minimum
Font Size to 15 in preferences. No problem if I set it to None.
I can't find any equivalent setting in Chrome so I assume it doesn't
allow a user defined minimum font size.

Yes, the change to NONE in the minimum font size setting solves the issue.
I am not able to say if this is a bug or not, but it may be useful to
ship the browser with the font size set to NONE if it isn't already.
