Well, addons.mozilla.org claims that Folderpane Tools 0.6.1 is
compatible with any SM release up to and including 2.7. If the Add-ons
Manager shows it differently, first try to use the Update Add-ons
functionality (from the gear button's drop-down), and if that fails,
reinstall the add-on from the link I provided.

OK the Folderpane add-on does work, However, add-on manager under the
compatibility button shows this add-0n no longer works. It does work and
checking other add-on shows the same error. But they to do work the
other add-on are Add Blocker Plus, IE Tabs, Saved Passwords, User Agent
Switcher and SQ Lite Manager, they all shows this add-0n no longer
works, but in fact they do. Anyone have any idea on how to resolve this?
