Tools \ Import...
Tools \ Export...
In XP SP3 SM 2.6.1:
Bookmarks>Manage Bookmarks>Tools>Import, Export, etc.
Perhaps Linux is different?

That is where I would expect the options, and they are not there for Mac
OS X. Can't find them *anywhere*...
