Well, I guess I'm not getting faster startup using the stand alone profile manager. Step 1 - Open the profile manager. Step 2 - Decide which version of Firefox I want to open, Beta or Aurora. Step 3 - Click the Start Firefox button. But I love the features. Have separate profile managers configured for Firefox, SeaMonkey and Thunderbird.
