Second problem is
annoying more than a problem, there isn't a little x on the tab to
close it. You have to rt click to close the tab.
As far as I remember, no SeaMonkey version has ever had a little x
on browser tabs. There has always been one on the far right of the
tab bar, however.
You can also just middle-click on tabs to close them.
