Hi Alexander:
Stellarium is an outstanding program,
No sure what "revision 9220" refers to. If this was fixed from 2013(?) its
still truncating the ID in 0.15.1 which is the one being used here.

Subject: Re: [Stellarium-pubdevel] COSPAR ID number cut off bug
Hi!
2017-03-24 8:50 GMT+07:00 Edward Zigoy <kb7...@frontier.com>:
Using the Stellarium Satellites Plug-in the COSPAR ID ( International
Designator) the Displaying Satellite Data shows it cut off after the two
digit year.
i.e. it shows:
International Designator: 1998-7A when the correct value is 1998-67A
International Designator: 1990-7B when the correct value is 1990-37B
International Designator: 2015-5A when the correct value is 2015-75A
International Designator: 2016-1A when the correct value is 2016-01A
and others,
likely the program is truncating the value after the TLE date?
Thanks for report! I've fixed it in revision 9220.
