Using the Stellarium Satellites Plug-in the COSPAR ID ( International Designator) the Displaying Satellite Data shows it cut off after the two digit year. i.e. it shows: International Designator: 1998-7A when the correct value is 1998-67A International Designator: 1990-7B when the correct value is 1990-37B International Designator: 2015-5A when the correct value is 2015-75A International Designator: 2016-1A when the correct value is 2016-01A and others, likely the program is truncating the value after the TLE date?
