I made a first draft of a mock up of the GUI in qml.  You can find the
code here: http://stelladata.noctua-software.com/tmp/test_qml.zip

I tried to copy the current style as much as possible.

The next step I will do is make a branch of stellarium and see if I can
integrate it.
